• Face-to-Face Meetups: Facilitate professional meetups between users, recruitment agencies, and companies
• Promoted Meeting Places: Suggest cafes and bistros for meetups
• Recruiter Node: Recruiters can access verified user data through a subscription model
• Job Search & Job Feed: Tools for finding jobs and receiving job updates
• User Search: Find and connect with other users
• News Feed: Updates and news related to professional development
• User Feed: Upload personal information, photos, and updates
• Chat Engine: Message other users, chat with the IMPRESSO bot, and participate in group chats
• Skill Validation: Validate skills through peer-to-peer verification methods
• Coin Rewards: Earn WAZA, DOPP, and WORQ coins for app engagement
• IMPRESSO NFT (PROFY): Secure and share verified career data as digital assets

4.1 Collaborations

• Cafes and Bistros: We collaborate with cafes and bistros to promote them as meeting places for professional meetups
• Universities and Startups: We collaborate with universities and startups to help fresh graduates connect with the entrepreneurship domain
• Recruitment Agencies: We work with recruitment agencies to facilitate connections between users and potential employers

4.2 Validation of Credentials

We validate educational and professional certificates, career history, and achievements using peer-to-peer verification methods.

Validation Index: We use a tiering process called the validation index to indicate different levels of validation. A higher index suggests higher authenticity, but even at the highest index, there is room for errors and mistakes.

4.3 Service Availability

5. User Interactions & Safety

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, recruitment agencies, companies, and institutions. Use caution in all interactions, particularly if you decide to meet in person or share personal information.

All discussions between users carry some risk. You should not share any private information if you feel it may be risky. IMPRESSO takes no liability for any interactions or information shared between users.

If you encounter abusive or disturbing content or behavior (whether in the user feed or in chats), report it immediately.

5.1 IMPRESSO Safety Tips

• Meet in Public: Always meet in a public place where other people are around
• Tell Someone: Inform a friend or family member of your plans and where you're going
• Stay Sober: Avoid excessive alcohol or drugs that could impair your judgment
• Take Your Own Transportation: Arrange your own transport to and from the meeting place
• Trust Your Instincts: If something feels off, trust your gut and remove yourself from the situation

6. IMPRESSO Bot

The IMPRESSO bot can assist with:

• Auto-generating connection lists and sending connection invites (if you opt in)
• Providing career recommendations and advice
• Chatting with users and participating in group chats
• Engaging in conversations to help with networking and career development

Bot Limitations: While we strive to ensure the bot's accuracy, it may make mistakes. IMPRESSO takes no liability for any errors, omissions, or recommendations made by the bot. Users should exercise caution and use their judgment when interacting with the bot.

7. User Content

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (profile, resume, messages, etc.).

7.2 License to IMPRESSO

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content to provide the Service.

7.3 Content Standards

Your content must not violate laws, infringe rights, contain false information, or be offensive or harmful.

User Feed: IMPRESSO will strive to ensure that content is not abusive or disturbing, but we are not liable for such content. Users should report any abusive or disturbing content or behavior they encounter.

7.4 Monitoring

We monitor user chats for abuse, harassment, and violations to protect our community.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Use bots or automated systems
• Harass, bully, or threaten users
• Post discriminatory or hateful content
• Engage in spam or unauthorized marketing
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Violate any laws or regulations

9.2 Billing

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. We may change prices at any time.

9.4 IMPRESSO Tokens (Coins)

Terminology: The terms "tokens" and "coins" are used interchangeably and refer to the same digital assets.

IMPRESSO uses three types of coins: WAZA, DOPP, and WORQ. These function as standard digital tokens (similar to gaming app tokens) and can be used for in-app transactions.

9.5 PRO Wallet vs Web3 Wallet

The IMPRESSO app includes two types of wallets:

• PRO Wallet: Holds standard digital tokens (WAZA, DOPP, and WORQ) for in-app transactions. These are NOT blockchain-based by default.
• Web3 Wallet: Holds blockchain-based tokens (converted from standard tokens) and NFTs. Managed using Web3 services like MetaMask.

9.6 Token Conversion to Blockchain

You may convert standard digital tokens to blockchain-based tokens, which will then reside in your Web3 wallet.

Age Restriction for Token Conversion

Users under 18 years old are NOT permitted to convert in-app tokens to on-chain (blockchain) tokens. Token conversion to blockchain is only available to users who are 18 years of age or older.

Users under 18 may still:

• Earn and use reward tokens within the app (PRO Wallet)
• Purchase and use in-app tokens for in-app transactions (PRO Wallet)
• Use all standard app features that do not involve blockchain conversion

By attempting to convert tokens to blockchain, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to engage in cryptocurrency transactions in your jurisdiction.

Conversion Eligibility

Important: Only purchased tokens can be converted to blockchain tokens at this time. Reward tokens earned through app engagement cannot be converted and can only be used within the app from your PRO wallet. This may change in the future, in which case users will be notified.

Regulatory Compliance & Country-Specific Restrictions

IMPRESSO operates in multiple countries worldwide and must comply with strict laws and regulations concerning blockchain tokens, cryptocurrencies, and digital assets. Token conversion availability and functionality may vary significantly depending on your country of residence.

Geographic Restrictions: Depending on your location, you may experience:

• Conversion Restrictions: Token conversion to blockchain may be limited, restricted, or completely unavailable in certain countries
• Regulatory Requirements: Additional verification, documentation, or compliance procedures may be required before conversion is permitted
• Transaction Limits: Maximum conversion amounts or frequency limits may apply based on local regulations
• Tax Implications: Converting tokens to blockchain assets may trigger tax obligations in your jurisdiction
• Legal Prohibitions: Some countries prohibit or heavily restrict cryptocurrency and blockchain activities

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for:

• Understanding and complying with all laws and regulations in your country regarding blockchain tokens and cryptocurrencies
• Determining whether token conversion is legal in your jurisdiction
• Reporting any tax obligations resulting from token conversion or trading
• Ensuring you have the legal right to engage in blockchain token activities

Changes Without Notice: Due to evolving regulatory landscapes, IMPRESSO reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue token conversion features in any country at any time without prior notice. This may be necessary to comply with new laws, regulations, or government directives.

No Liability: IMPRESSO is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from:

• Inability to convert tokens due to geographic restrictions
• Changes in conversion availability or functionality
• Legal or regulatory actions in your country
• Tax obligations or penalties resulting from token conversion
• Your failure to comply with local laws and regulations

9.7 Token Swapping & Price Fluctuation

IMPRESSO tokens (WAZA, DOPP, and WORQ) may be available for swapping with other cryptocurrencies through Decentralized Exchanges (DEX) and Centralized Exchanges.

Market-Driven Prices: Coin prices are determined entirely by market forces, supply and demand, and trading activity on exchanges. IMPRESSO has no control over, and takes no responsibility for, the market price of any coins.

Risk Warning: Once tokens are in the Web3 network, their prices can fluctuate significantly and unpredictably. Prices may increase or decrease dramatically based on market conditions, trading volume, external economic factors, and other variables beyond IMPRESSO's control.

No Price Guarantees: IMPRESSO makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees about the current or future value of any coins. The value of coins may go to zero.

Zero Liability: IMPRESSO is not liable for any price fluctuations, market conditions, losses, or damages resulting from changes in coin value. This includes but is not limited to:

• Market crashes or significant price drops
• Loss of value due to market manipulation
• Exchange failures or delistings
• Regulatory changes affecting coin value
• Technical issues affecting trading or liquidity
• Any other market-related losses

Investment Risk: Purchasing, holding, or trading IMPRESSO coins involves substantial risk. You should only invest what you can afford to lose. IMPRESSO coins are not investment products and should not be purchased with the expectation of profit.

9.8 Loss of Tokens

IMPRESSO takes no responsibility for any loss of your tokens due to:

• Tampering with the IMPRESSO app
• Jailbreaking your device
• Your device being hacked or compromised
• Unauthorized transfers from your account
• Your negligence or failure to secure your account

You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your account and device.

9.9 Token Rewards Program

Users can earn token rewards for engaging with the app. These rewards and reward programs can change or stop at any time without prior notification.

9.10 Airdrops, Giveaways & Bot Protection

Eligibility & Distribution

IMPRESSO may occasionally offer airdrops, giveaways, promotions, or token distributions to users. Important rules:

• One Person, One Airdrop: Airdrops and giveaways are distributed to individual persons, not to wallets. Each person is entitled to only one airdrop/giveaway, regardless of how many wallets they control.
• Exception for Earned Rewards: If airdrops or tokens are earned through specific actions, tasks, or achievements within the app (such as completing challenges, referring users, or engaging with features), users may receive multiple distributions based on their activity level. This exception applies only to performance-based rewards, not to general airdrops or giveaways.
• Identity Verification: IMPRESSO reserves the right to require identity verification to ensure one person receives only one airdrop. Multiple wallet submissions from the same person will be rejected.

Bot Detection & Automated Submissions

Automated submissions, bot activity, and fraudulent participation are strictly prohibited. If IMPRESSO suspects that an airdrop request, giveaway entry, or token claim was submitted by a bot, automated script, or fraudulent means, the request will be:

• Immediately Rejected: The submission will be invalidated without notification
• Permanently Disqualified: The associated wallet address and user account may be permanently banned from future airdrops and giveaways
• Account Suspension: Repeated bot activity may result in account suspension or termination

Detection Methods

IMPRESSO employs multiple bot detection methods, including but not limited to:

• Honeypot fields and hidden form elements
• Time-based submission analysis
• IP address and device fingerprinting
• Behavioral pattern analysis
• CAPTCHA and verification challenges
• Machine learning algorithms
• Manual review of suspicious activity

Appeal Process for Legitimate Users

If you are a real person and your airdrop request was incorrectly rejected:

• Dispute Deadline: All disputes must be submitted within 14 days of the rejection or distribution date. Appeals submitted after 14 days will not be considered.
• Contact Support: Use the IMPRESSO app to contact support with the subject line "Airdrop Appeal". For security reasons and to prevent spam/scams, we do not provide email addresses on public pages.

No Guarantee of Approval

Important: Submitting an appeal does not guarantee approval or reinstatement. IMPRESSO reserves the right to reject appeals if:

• Evidence of bot activity or automation is found
• Multiple submissions from the same person are detected
• The user fails to provide adequate verification
• The user has a history of suspicious activity
• The appeal was submitted after the 14-day deadline
• The airdrop/giveaway period has expired

Airdrop Terms & Conditions

All airdrops and giveaways are subject to additional terms and conditions, which may include:

• Eligibility Requirements: Age restrictions, geographic limitations, account status requirements
• Participation Limits: Maximum number of entries, submission deadlines, qualification criteria
• Distribution Schedule: Tokens may be distributed immediately or over time (vesting periods)
• Clawback Rights: IMPRESSO reserves the right to reclaim tokens distributed in error or through fraudulent means
• Tax Obligations: You are responsible for any tax implications of receiving airdropped tokens

Changes & Cancellations

IMPRESSO reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or cancel any airdrop or giveaway at any time without prior notice

• Disqualify participants who violate terms or engage in fraudulent activity

No Liability

IMPRESSO assumes ZERO LIABILITY for:

• Rejected airdrop requests, whether correctly or incorrectly flagged as bots
• Delays in airdrop distribution or appeal processing
• Changes in token value after distribution
• Technical issues preventing participation or distribution
• Cancellation or modification of airdrops or giveaways
• Any losses, damages, or missed opportunities related to airdrops

Fair Play Commitment

These rules exist to ensure fair distribution to real users and prevent abuse by bots and bad actors. IMPRESSO is committed to protecting legitimate users while maintaining the integrity of our airdrop and giveaway programs.

9.11 Web3 Wallet & Secret Keys

If you use Web3 wallets (MetaMask, etc.) within IMPRESSO:

• Secret Keys: You are solely responsible for remembering and securely storing your secret keys. IMPRESSO does not store, access, or manage your secret keys.
• Loss of Keys: If you lose your secret keys, you may lose access to your wallet and all cryptocurrencies, tokens, or NFTs stored within it. IMPRESSO is not responsible.
• Wallet Security: You are responsible for your Web3 wallet security. IMPRESSO is not responsible for any loss due to unauthorized access or security breaches.
• Final Transactions: All Web3 wallet transactions are final. IMPRESSO cannot reverse or refund any transactions.
• NFT Responsibility: IMPRESSO is not responsible for any loss, theft, or unauthorized access to your NFTs.

9.12 PROFY NFT Sale

Purpose: PROFY NFTs are sold to fundraise for the development and growth of the IMPRESSO app. Proceeds support continued innovation and expansion.

Nature of NFTs: PROFY NFTs are primarily for fundraising. Features and benefits described are planned goals, not concrete promises of delivery.

Changes: IMPRESSO reserves the right to change, modify, or adjust PROFY NFT features and benefits as necessary.

No Liability: IMPRESSO assumes no liability for losses if the project does not materialize, is delayed, or fails to meet expectations. Purchasing a PROFY NFT is similar to backing a Kickstarter project or seed investing. There are inherent risks.

Purchase at Own Risk: By purchasing a PROFY NFT, you acknowledge you are making this purchase at your own risk with no guarantee of return on investment. NFT value may fluctuate based on market conditions.

No Refunds: All PROFY NFT sales are final. No refunds under any circumstances.

Sales Platforms: PROFY NFTs are available on the IMPRESSO website and third-party platforms like OpenSea. Users can resell NFTs on other platforms. Advertising in the App

The IMPRESSO app may display advertisements from third-party advertisers. Important points about our advertising:

• Anonymous Advertising: Advertisers do not receive your personal information or know your identity. Ads are displayed without sharing your personal data with advertisers.
• No Data Sharing: We do not provide advertisers with access to your profile, contact information, or personal details.
• Use at Your Own Risk: While we may promote or display advertisements for third-party products and services, your interaction with these advertisers and any resulting transactions are entirely at your own risk.
• No Endorsement: The presence of an advertisement in the IMPRESSO app does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of the advertiser's products or services.
• No Liability: IMPRESSO is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of advertised products or services, or for any issues arising from your interactions with advertisers.

10.2 Third-Party Platforms for Tokens & NFTs

IMPRESSO may partner with or integrate third-party platforms for blockchain tokens, NFTs, and cryptocurrency services, including but not limited to:

• Decentralized Exchanges (DEX): For token swapping and trading
• NFT Marketplaces: Such as OpenSea, for buying, selling, and trading NFTs
• Web3 Wallet Services: Such as MetaMask, for managing blockchain assets
• Blockchain Networks: For token and NFT transactions
• Other Cryptocurrency Platforms: For various blockchain-related services

Use of Third-Party Platforms at Your Own Risk

IMPORTANT: Any use of third-party platforms outside of the IMPRESSO app is entirely at your own risk. This applies to all external platforms, even if:

• IMPRESSO recommends, promotes, or links to the platform
• The platform is partially owned by IMPRESSO or its affiliates
• IMPRESSO has a partnership or business relationship with the platform
• The platform is integrated with IMPRESSO services

Separate Legal Entities

Each third-party platform is a separate legal entity. Even if a platform is partially owned by IMPRESSO or shares common ownership, it must be treated as an independent company with its own:

• Terms of Service and policies
• Privacy practices and data handling
• Security measures and protocols
• Legal obligations and liabilities
• Business operations and practices

No Liability for Third-Party Platforms

IMPRESSO assumes ZERO LIABILITY for any issues, losses, damages, or problems arising from your use of third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

• Platform Failures: Technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions
• Security Breaches: Hacks, data breaches, or unauthorized access on third-party platforms
• Financial Losses: Loss of tokens, NFTs, cryptocurrencies, or funds on external platforms
• Fraudulent Activities: Scams, phishing, or fraudulent transactions on third-party platforms
• Platform Policies: Changes to terms, fees, or service availability on external platforms
• Regulatory Actions: Legal or regulatory actions against third-party platforms
• Platform Closure: Shutdown or discontinuation of third-party services
• Transaction Issues: Failed, delayed, or incorrect transactions on external platforms
• Disputes: Any disputes between you and third-party platforms

User Responsibility

When using third-party platforms, you are responsible for:

• Reading and understanding the platform's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• Verifying the authenticity and legitimacy of the platform
• Ensuring the platform is legal and available in your jurisdiction
• Securing your account credentials and private keys
• Understanding the risks associated with the platform
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Resolving any issues directly with the third-party platform

11. Intellectual Property

All Service content is owned by IMPRESSO. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

12. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and content.

We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not responsible for data breaches or unauthorized access.

14. Limitation of Liability

13.1 General Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMPRESSO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information

• Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable
• Coins/Tokens: Purchases of WAZA, DOPP, or WORQ coins are non-refundable
• NFTs (PROFY): All NFT purchases are final and non-refundable
• Other Digital Products: Any other digital products or services purchased through IMPRESSO
• Non-Digital Products: Any physical or non-digital products or services

13.4 Maximum Liability Cap

In any event, regardless of the nature of the claim or the products/services involved, IMPRESSO's total aggregate liability shall never exceed CHF 100 (Swiss Francs).

13.5 Basis of the Bargain

You acknowledge that these limitations of liability are fundamental elements of the agreement between you and IMPRESSO. The Service would not be provided without these limitations.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland. If you use the Service outside Switzerland, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
